Shop at the many wonderful stores or stop by the local markets along the waterfront. You can also leave from the Marigot port to go to Anguilla or St Barth's for the day. Tip: Don't forget your passport!

Take a short ferry ride to Pinel Isle for a relaxing day in the sun and calm waters. At your request, we will make a reservation for sunbeds & lunch, and don’t forget to stop at the Pinel boutique or bring shoes to hike around.
Go for a hike to the lookout point overlooking Fort Louis & Marigot, or up to the highest point on the French side, Pic Paradis. You can also go ziplining or relax by the spring-fed pool for a day full of fun in the jungle.

Book a trip and take a ride in Saint Martin’s only gyrocopter. Choose from 20–40-minute trips, you will fly over the stunning waters of Saint Martin. The gyrocopter flies one passenger at a time from Esperance airport and is an unforgettable experience!
Watch the planes fly in over your head and land just across the street from Maho beach! Check out Sunset beach bar or Driftwood beach bar for the best views -- located at either end of the beach.
Stroll down the boardwalk and enjoy the view of Great Bay. There are a lot of restaurants and shops to enjoy.
The parrot farm is located just across the border on the Dutch side. Hold a feeder with bird seed and watch the parrots while they fly freely over your head (or stop for a rest on your head)! Tip: put your camera app on slo-mo to capture the most stunning videos and we recommend wearing a hat if you have one.
Head over to Divi Resort and tell security you’d like to see Fort Amsterdam. Park and take a small hike up to the Fort. From the top you will see the cruise ships docked in Great Bay and to the other side you will see Little Bay.
Take a lift up to enjoy the incredible views of the neighboring islands or zipline from mountain top to mountain top once you reach the first stop. Zipline down the steepest zipline in the world to get down!

Take a 45-minute hike to the natural pools in Guana Bay. Tip: take plenty of water and use water shoes to get in and out of the natural pools.
St Martin is at the northern end of the arc of the lesser Antilles. The island is divided into the French and the Dutch side.
Legend has it that two men, one Dutch and one French, walked around the island and agreed to draw the border where they met. The Frenchman stumbled a bit less than the Dutchman, ended up walking more quickly, and so came to pass the friendly division of the island in the Treaty of Concordia.
In reality, the French probably wanted to keep an eye on what was happening in British Anguilla, and the island changed hands a few times after the treaty was signed. From Island Heights, you can see some of the islands involved in this story, including Tintamarre, which used to house the airport and agricultural land. Portions of Tintamarre were sold to finance Anguilla's separation from St Kitts. You can also see Anguilla from Island Heights.
